CCI approves Micro Life Sciences stake deal

The Competition Commission of India (CCI) has cleared the proposed acquisition of shares in Micro Life Sciences by Platinum Jasmine A 2018 Trust, an entity backed by the Abu Dhabi Investment Authority.

As per the CCI release, the transaction involves the issuance of fresh equity shares by Micro Life Sciences along with the purchase of around 3.06% stake from Bilakhia Holdings Pvt Ltd. The trust has already made certain investments in India.
