Anthem Biosciences Q1 net profit jumps 73.82% at Rs 148.34 cr

The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 148.34 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 85.34 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 73.82 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose substantially by 58.92 per cent at Rs 538.01 crore in April-June quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 338.54 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During April-June quarter, operating expenses increased by 59.11 per cent to Rs 342.58 crore from Rs 215.31 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 42.50 per cent at Rs 27.73 crore versus (Jun'24 Rs 19.46 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 58.59 per cent to Rs 195.43 crore as against Rs 123.23 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 0.22 per cent in June quarter.

Interest declined by 39.02 per cent y-o-y to Rs 1.61 crore, while Taxation increased by 39.13 per cent at Rs 50.60 crore (Jun'24 Rs 36.37 crore).
