Pursuant to Regulation 32(1) of SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we hereby confirm that for the quarter ended 30th June, 2025, there no deviation and variation in the utilisation of issue proceeds raised through preferential issue of the Company from the objects stated in the offer documents. The proceeds have been utilised in line with the objects of the issue.
