Superhouse Q1 net profit down 43.94% at Rs 3.70 cr

The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 3.70 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 6.60 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 43.94 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose moderately by 11.42 per cent at Rs 122.80 crore in April-June quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 110.21 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During April-June quarter, operating expenses increased by 15.30 per cent to Rs 118.78 crore from Rs 103.02 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 97.78 per cent at Rs 3.56 crore versus (Jun'24 Rs 1.80 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 34.63 per cent to Rs 9.68 crore as against Rs 7.19 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 20.86 per cent in June quarter.

Interest grew by 37.83 per cent y-o-y to Rs 4.19 crore, while Taxation decreased by 8.72 per cent at Rs 1.57 crore (Jun'24 Rs 1.72 crore).
