Zee Learn Q1 net profit up 16.09% at Rs 13.06 cr

The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 13.06 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 11.25 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 16.09 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose moderately by 16.17 per cent at Rs 73.71 crore in April-June quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 63.45 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During April-June quarter, operating expenses increased by 16.20 per cent to Rs 49.70 crore from Rs 42.77 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 19.72 per cent at Rs 1.70 crore versus (Jun'24 Rs 1.42 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 16.15 per cent to Rs 24.02 crore as against Rs 20.68 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 0.03 per cent in June quarter.

Interest declined by 5.73 per cent y-o-y to Rs 5.43 crore, while Taxation increased by 9.13 per cent at Rs 4.90 crore (Jun'24 Rs 4.49 crore).
