TRF Ltd Q1 net profit down 15.04% at Rs 3.39 cr

The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 3.39 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 3.99 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 15.04 per cent.

Net revenue of the company declined substantially by 37.75 per cent at Rs 23.42 crore in April-June quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 37.62 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During April-June quarter, operating expenses dropped by 39.91 per cent to Rs 19.56 crore from Rs 32.55 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 1.69 per cent at Rs 3.00 crore versus (Jun'24 Rs 2.95 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 23.87 per cent to Rs 3.86 crore as against Rs 5.07 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 22.26 per cent in June quarter.

Interest declined by 19.02 per cent y-o-y to Rs 2.81 crore
