GAIL - Board recommends Final Dividend

Gail (India) Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 30, 2012, inter alia, has recommended Final Dividend @ Rs. 5.70/- per Equity Share of Rs. 10/- each amounting to Rs. 72303 Lakhs (excluding dividend Tax) during 2011-12, subject to approval by shareholders in the Annual General Meeting.
