Athena Constructions - Intimation Of Annual General Meeting And Book Closure Of The Company

With reference to the captioned subject, we hereby inform you that the forthcoming Annual General Meeting for the Financial Year 2018-19 to be held on Friday, December 27, 2019 at 11.00 A M at the Registered Office of the Company at 203, Shyam Kamal, A Wing Tejpal Road, Vile Parle (East) Mumbai- 400059.

Further, NOTICE is hereby given that pursuant to section 91 of the Companies Act, 2013 and Regulation 42 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirement) Regulations, 2015, the Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of Athena Constructions Limited will remain closed from Tuesday, December 24, 2019 to Friday, December 27, 2019 (both days inclusive) for the purpose the Annual General Meeting of the Company to be held on Friday, December 27, 2019.
