Symphony - Reply to Clarification Sought

SYMPHONY:The Exchange had sought clarification from Symphony Limited with respect to announcement dated 22-Jun-2018, regarding " Symphony Limited has informed the Exchange regarding 'Symphony signed an agreement to purchase effectively 95% equity stake in Climate Technologies Pty. Limited, Australia.'.".On basis of above the Company is required to clarify following:1. Brief background about the entity acquired in terms of products/line of business acquired, date of incorporation, history of last 3 years turnover, country in which the acquired entity has presence and any other significant information (in brief).
