Mid-Session: Sensex, Nifty face heavy volatility after India avenges Pahalgam attack

Indian benchmark indices were trading flat during the noon trading session amid volatility on Wednesday after India launched missile strikes on terrorist hideouts in Pakistan and Pakistan-Occupied Kashmir.



At 12:45 hours, the 30-share benchmark index was trading at 80643.65 up by 2.58 points or by 0 % and then NSE Nifty was at 24384.9 up by 5.3 points or by 0.02 %.



Sensex touched intraday high of 80844.63 and intraday low of 79937.48 The NSE Nifty touched intraday high of 24449.6 and intraday low of 24220



The top gainers of the BSE Sensex pack were Tata Motors Ltd. (Rs. 678.25,+4.70%), Titan Company Ltd. (Rs. 3358.20,+1.82%), Bajaj Finance Ltd. (Rs. 8916.00,+1.35%), Tata Steel Ltd. (Rs. 146.15,+1.21%), Adani Ports & Special Economic Zone Ltd. (Rs. 1335.80,+1.17%), among others.



The top losers of the BSE Sensex pack were Sun Pharmaceutical Industries Ltd. (Rs. 1793.35,-1.40%), HCL Technologies Ltd. (Rs. 1561.60,-1.11%), ITC Ltd. (Rs. 431.20,-1.02%), Nestle India Ltd. (Rs. 2337.30,-0.75%), Asian Paints Ltd. (Rs. 2402.75,-0.63%), among others.
