Asian Paints Ltd. - Amalgamation/Merger

This is to inform you that the Board of Directors of Asian Paints Limited, at their meeting held today i.e. Tuesday, 29th July 2025 have, inter alia, approved the Scheme of Amalgamation of Asian Paints (Polymers) Private Limited, (""Transferor Company or AP Polymers ), wholly - owned subsidiary of Asian Paints Limited (""Transferee Company"" or Company ) with the Company in accordance with the provisions of the Companies Act, 2013 and other applicable laws.
