Asian Paints Ltd. - Announcement under Regulation 30 (LODR)-Scheme of Arrangement

The Board of Directors of the Company at their meeting held today have approved the scheme of amalgamation of Asian Paints (Polymers) Private Limited, wholly owned subsidiary of the Company with the Company in accordance with the provisions of the Companies Act 2013 and other applicable laws.
