Mold-Tek Packaging Q1 net profit up 35.51% at Rs 22.40 cr

The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 22.40 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 16.53 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 35.51 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose substantially by 22.29 per cent at Rs 240.56 crore in April-June quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 196.72 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During April-June quarter, operating expenses increased by 20.35 per cent to Rs 193.77 crore from Rs 161.00 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 37.89 per cent at Rs 0.59 crore versus (Jun'24 Rs 0.95 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 30.99 per cent to Rs 46.79 crore as against Rs 35.72 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 7.10 per cent in June quarter.

Interest grew by 41.64 per cent y-o-y to Rs 4.15 crore, while Taxation increased by 34.45 per cent at Rs 7.61 crore (Jun'24 Rs 5.66 crore).
