Lodha Developers Q1 net profit up 38.35% at Rs 644.30 cr

The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 644.30 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 465.70 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 38.35 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose substantially by 20.24 per cent at Rs 3,349.30 crore in April-June quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 2,785.40 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During April-June quarter, operating expenses increased by 16.94 per cent to Rs 2,391.50 crore from Rs 2,045.10 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 53.53 per cent at Rs 145.70 crore versus (Jun'24 Rs 94.90 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 29.38 per cent to Rs 957.80 crore as against Rs 740.30 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 7.60 per cent in June quarter.

Interest grew by 30.64 per cent y-o-y to Rs 172.70 crore, while Taxation increased by 30.44 per cent at Rs 223.70 crore (Jun'24 Rs 171.50 crore).
