Infosys, a global leader in digital services and consulting, has announced a strategic collaboration with Adobe to transform the marketing lifecycle for global brands using artificial intelligence. The partnership combines Infosys Aster™, an AI-powered marketing suite, with Adobe’s customer experience technologies to deliver personalized experiences at scale, enhance business growth, and streamline marketing workflows.

Infosys Aster™ offers AI-enhanced services across creative, design, digital commerce, MarTech, performance marketing, and operations, enabling agile marketing transformations. Adobe, known for its real-time data-driven customer engagement tools, will complement Infosys Aster™ by integrating content, data, and AI to craft seamless, tailored customer journeys.

According to Infosys’ CMO Radar 2024, 62% of CMOs believe their influence in business decision-making is growing. This partnership aims to support this shift by empowering CMOs to:

Deliver Unified Experiences at Scale:

Using Adobe Real-Time CDP and GenStudio alongside Infosys Aster™, marketers can deliver consistent, relevant experiences across channels and markets. For example, a telecom provider leveraged this combination to provide in-app personalized offers and multi-channel promotions, resulting in a 40% increase in digital engagement.

Personalize Content to Drive Growth:

The collaboration simplifies launching hyper-targeted campaigns through localized content and real-time engagement strategies. A retail jewelry brand used Adobe and Infosys Aster™ to deliver dynamic 3D content and saw a 27% improvement in campaign performance.

Streamline Marketing Workflows:

Autonomous agents and AI orchestration tools within Infosys Aster™ automate content creation, optimize campaign workflows, and enhance efficiency. A tech company integrated Adobe and Infosys Aster™ for MarTech upgrades, achieving a 20% boost in campaign go-live speed.

Sumit Virmani, EVP and Global CMO at Infosys, noted, “AI is no longer just an amplifier of creativity and productivity—it’s becoming a strategic partner for marketers.
