Infosys Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 23/07/2025 ,inter alia, to consider and approve 1. Approve and take on record the audited consolidated financial results of the Company and its subsidiaries as per Indian Accounting Standards (INDAS) for the quarter ending June 30, 2025;\r\n2. Approve and take on record the audited standalone financial results of the Company as per INDAS for the quarter ending June 30, 2025;\r\n3.
