Lupin Q4 net profit zooms 236.22% at Rs 1291.35 cr

The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 1,291.35 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2025 as compared to Rs 384.08 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 236.22 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose substantially by 31.54 per cent at Rs 4,382.69 crore in January-March quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 3,331.72 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During January-March quarter, operating expenses increased by 1.63 per cent to Rs 2,739.54 crore from Rs 2,695.53 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 55.68 per cent at Rs 48.79 crore versus (Mar'24 Rs 31.34 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 149.32 per cent to Rs 1,746.13 crore as against Rs 700.35 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 89.53 per cent in March quarter.

Interest grew by 150.93 per cent y-o-y to Rs 33.85 crore, while Taxation increased by 493.78 per cent at Rs 261.74 crore (Mar'24 Rs 44.08 crore).
