Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Schedule III of SEBI(Listing Obligation of Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 it is hereby informed that IndiaMart InterMesh Limited has entered into an agreement to subscribe to 2,921 Compulsory Convertible Preference Shares of Fleetx Technologies Private Limited.
