Adani Enterprises shares rise over 3% following strong Q4 profit surge

Adani Enterprises Ltd witnessed a sharp uptick in its share price on Friday morning, gaining over 3% after the company reported a remarkable 7.5-fold increase in its net profit for the fourth quarter.
