Vardhman Acrylics Lt Q4 net profit down 62.95% at Rs 1.96 cr

The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 1.96 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2025 as compared to Rs 5.29 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 62.95 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose by 5.45 per cent at Rs 72.11 crore in January-March quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 68.38 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During January-March quarter, operating expenses increased by 13.01 per cent to Rs 72.12 crore from Rs 63.82 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 7.54 per cent at Rs 3.31 crore versus (Mar'24 Rs 3.58 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 100.22 per cent to Rs -0.01 crore as against Rs 4.56 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 100.15 per cent in March quarter.

Interest declined by 23.08 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.10 crore, while Taxation decreased by 67.65 per cent at Rs 0.44 crore (Mar'24 Rs 1.36 crore).
