As of March 2025, 44.40% is owned by Indian Promoters, 53.49% by Public and 2.11% by Non Promoters-Non Public.

Institutional holds 49.49% (Insurance Companies 1.34%) and Non-Institutional holds 3.99% as Public shareholders.

Top four Promoters holding highest number of shares of TBO Tek company are LAP Travel Private Limited (234.59 lakhs shares / 21.60%), Gaurav Bhatnagar (188.18 lakhs shares / 17.33%), Manish Dhingra (52.93 lakhs shares / 4.87%) and Ankush Nijhawan (6.52 lakhs shares / 0.60%).
