Infonative Solutions Ltd. debuts with 20.00% discount at Rs 63.20

Infonative Solutions Ltd. makes a weak debut on the bourses with scrip got listed at Rs 63.20 on the Bombay Stock Exchange, a 20.00 per cent discount to its issue price of Rs 79.00.

The company, which raised 0.31 Cr from initial public offering, was subscribed 3.79 times, receiving bids for 118.55 lakhs shares against the total issue size of 31.28 lakhs shares.

The company, listed under MT Group Securities post its IPO, opened for subscription from Mar 28 to Apr 03.
