(IST) at the registered office to inter alia;\r\n \r\n1. Consider and approve the Audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the Half Year/fourth quarter and financial year ended 31 March 2025;\r\n\r\nAs informed vide Company's intimation letter dated 27th, March 2025 the Trading Window for dealing in the Securities of the Company is closed from 01st April 2025 and shall re-open after 48 hours from the declaration of Financial Results.\r\n
