Laxmi Organic Indust - Intimation Under Regulation 30 Under SEBI (LODR) - Receipt Of Factory License For Dahej Site

Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosures Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform you that the Company has received Factory License from the Directorate Industrial safety and Health, Gujarat constituted under the Factories Act, for its upcoming Synthetic Organic Chemicals Manufacturing site at Dahej, Jolva and Vadadala, District Bharuch, Gujarat.\r\n\r\nIn this regard, the additional disclosures as required under SEBI Circular No. CIR/CFD/CMD/4/2015 dated September 9, 2015, are provided in 'Annexure A'.\r\n\r\nWe request that you kindly take the above on record.
