Asian Paints Ltd. - Announcement under Regulation 30 (LODR)-Change in Directorate

The Board of Directors at their meeting held on 28th March 2024, based on the recommendations of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee and subject to the approval of the shareholders of the Company, had approved the appointment of Dr. Gopichand Katragadda (DIN: 02475721) as an Additional and Independent Director of the Company for a period of five consecutive years with effect from 1st April 2024 to 31st March 2029.\r\n\r\nThe results of the Postal Ballot (voting conducted through remote e-voting) were announced today, and the shareholders have approved the appointment of Dr. Gopichand Katragadda as an Independent Director of the Company by the requisite majority.
