Faalcon Concepts Ltd. debuts with 53.22% premium at Rs 95.00

Faalcon Concepts Ltd. makes a strong debut on the bourses with scrip got listed at Rs 95.00 on the Bombay Stock Exchange, a 53.22 per cent premium to its issue price of Rs 62.00.

The company, which raised 0.20 Cr from initial public offering, was subscribed 67.92 times, receiving bids for 1,324.44 lakhs shares against the total issue size of 19.50 lakhs shares.

The company, listed under MT Group Securities post its IPO, opened for subscription from Apr 19 to Apr 23.
