Vodafone Idea L announces launch of initial public offering

Vodafone Idea Ltd. has announced public offering of 16363636364 shares at a price of Rs 10.00 each for Cash at a Premium of Rs 1.00 per share. The gross proceeds of the issue are expected to be Rs 18,00,000.00 lakhs.

The company's initial public offer (IPO) will open on 18 April 2024 and is expected to close on 22 April 2024, subject to customary closing conditions. The price band of the issue has been fixed at Rs 10.00-11.00 per share.

The IPO includes a fresh Issue of 16363636364 Equity Shares of the Company at an price of Rs 11.00 per Equity Share. The company has fixed the minimum bid lot for the issue at 1298 shares with bids in multiples of 1298.

Vodafone Idea Ltd. anticipates using the proceeds of the issue for (a) setting up new G sites; (b) expanding the capacity of existing G Sites and new G sites; and (b) setting up new G sites Payment of certain deferred payments for spectrum to the DoT and the GST thereon General corporate purposes.
