Vertoz Q4 net profit down 54.49% at Rs 0.81 cr

The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 0.81 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2026 as compared to Rs 1.78 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 54.49 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose substantially by 36.34 per cent at Rs 23.71 crore in January-March quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 17.39 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During January-March quarter, operating expenses increased by 40.58 per cent to Rs 21.48 crore from Rs 15.28 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 70.95 per cent at Rs 3.06 crore versus (Mar'25 Rs 1.79 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 5.69 per cent to Rs 2.23 crore as against Rs 2.11 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 22.41 per cent in March quarter.

Interest grew by 482.35 per cent y-o-y to Rs 1.98 crore, while Taxation increased by 119.70 per cent at Rs 1.45 crore (Mar'25 Rs 0.66 crore).
