National Securities Q4 net profit up 5.17% at Rs 79.68 cr

The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 79.68 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2026 as compared to Rs 75.76 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 5.17 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose marginally by 2.44 per cent at Rs 170.61 crore in January-March quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 166.54 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During January-March quarter, operating expenses dropped by 0.05 per cent to Rs 83.61 crore from Rs 83.65 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 2.09 per cent at Rs 24.83 crore versus (Mar'25 Rs 25.36 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 4.95 per cent to Rs 86.99 crore as against Rs 82.89 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 2.45 per cent in March quarter.

Interest grew by 100.00 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.04 crore, while Taxation decreased by 10.70 per cent at Rs 23.21 crore (Mar'25 Rs 25.99 crore).
