As of November 2025, 30.99% is owned by Indian Promoters and 69.01% by Public.

Institutional holds 12.24% (Insurance Companies 1.30%) and Non-Institutional holds 56.78% as Public shareholders.

Top four Promoters holding highest number of shares of Spicejet Ltd. company are Ajay Singh (2619.95 lakhs shares / 17.17%), Spice Healthcare Private Limited (1655.81 lakhs shares / 10.85%), Ajay Singh Huf (450.28 lakhs shares / 2.95%) and Kalpana Singh (2.80 lakhs shares / 0.02%).
