3i Infotech Q2 net profit down 74.28% at Rs 3.48 cr

The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 3.48 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 13.53 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 74.28 per cent.

Net revenue of the company declined by 5.26 per cent at Rs 84.70 crore in July-September quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 89.40 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During July-September quarter, operating expenses increased by 33.72 per cent to Rs 92.55 crore from Rs 69.21 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 737.44 per cent at Rs 16.33 crore versus (Sep'24 Rs 1.95 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 138.88 per cent to Rs -7.85 crore as against Rs 20.19 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 141.05 per cent in September quarter.

Interest declined by 57.67 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.91 crore
