Valiant Laboratories posts Q2 net profit of Rs 0.17 cr

The company reported standalone net profit during the quarter stood at Rs 0.17 crore compared to net loss of Rs 5.98 crore in the previous year quarter.

Net revenue of the company rose triple digit by 114.11 per cent at Rs 45.99 crore in July-September quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 21.48 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During July-September quarter, operating expenses increased by 62.76 per cent to Rs 45.93 crore from Rs 28.22 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 55.96 per cent at Rs 0.85 crore versus (Sep'24 Rs 1.93 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 100.89 per cent to Rs 0.06 crore as against Rs -6.74 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 100.41 per cent in September quarter.

Interest grew by 1300.00 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.14 crore, while Taxation decreased by 86.36 per cent at Rs 0.09 crore (Sep'24 Rs 0.66 crore).
